I'm no expert, but the food is wonderful IMHO. A busy suburban diner, in Sydney's Korean ethnic centre. The customers are all Korean (except me). A meat lovers paradise, however, there's something for everyone. I went for their house specialties, soy pork hock, spicy pork trotters, seafood pancake, spicy beef rib hot pot, traditional potato noodle, spicy to fu soup, fried octopus.. Servings (meat dishes) are generous, so be prepared to share. The standard offerings for singles or couples include the famous bibimbap, which I have yet to try. This place is busy. Seating for up to about 30, with customers eating and leaving immediately. Not a place to sit and talk, however, one of the best places in Sydney, for that culinary authentic Korean experience. They do have soju, which, does not look nor taste strong, however packs a punch after a bottle or two...don't try to drive afterwards! Around 28pp for a full blown banquet without soju. Convenient parking within the Aldi building, or opposite in council carpark.

Very good jokbal, cooked fresh daily. Hands down best jokbal by far.

I normally avoid places below 4 stars, but this ended up being pretty alright. No complaints. Banchan (sides) were all delicious, mains were solid but nothing speciap.

Hidden gem for authentic casual Korean food inside a small plaza in Eastwood - was originally a bit worried due to the mixed reviews on Google, but reviews from Time Out and Chef Dan Hong gave me confidence to give them a try. Was very glad we did as the food was authentic and delicious. We even got jobkal (pork hock) as takeaway for dinner which my whole family loved! Prices were very reasonable and good value, and the owner and the staff were also all extremely friendly!

A sumptuous meal enriched by traditional Korean taste.Friends and I found ourselves enjoying dinner at Pujimi, a restaurant that is often seen with long queues outside. While always curious about the popularity I never had a chance to try it out until tonight. Being a Sunday night and having less traffic, we still waited for 20 minutes before we were seated, though we didn’t mind.Staff were friendly and I was impressed by their honesty. The waitress that was taking our order spotted that we could be ordering too much and kindly made a recommendation to change a few of the dishes around, which proved to be very helpful indeed. Notice that if you order some really spicy item the waitresses will let you know to make sure. So no drama for the non-spicy eaters. The dishes were delicious. We had the pork leg, bulgogi, seafood pancake and seafood tofu stew. The pork leg was quite remarkable. I was most amazed by the size of it and would recommend this to anyone. Others were good in their own way too. Price was very affordable. I was surprised when the cheque was much lower than anticipation!Perhaps because of the absence of barbecued meat choices, unlike most Korean restaurants, Pujimi does not reek with the burnt smell that penetrates into clothes and hair. One can have an enjoyable time here with friends and family.
